Redeem Invitation - For cinema site users, location and area managers
Cinema site users signing into the HOYTS ITSM Portal for the first time must redeem an invitation code in order to be registered to their site or area. Doing this will give you access to view, edit and comment on cases submitted by any manager at your site.
To redeem your invitation code:
1) Type your site name (or username for area managers) into the invitation code text box below (e.g. "broadway" for cinema/LM, "rgerardis" for AM).
2) Leave "I have an existing account" unticked, then press "Register". You will be redirected to register page.
3) On the register page, press "Azure AD" under "Register using an external account" to successfully register your account to your site or area.
